Battery manufacturers accelerated the expansion of production, driving the growth of demand for lithium battery equipment. Under the "double carbon" policy, lithium batteries and related industrial chains will also face the test and pressure of "carbon reduction". Battery production accounts for the main part of carbon emissions in the vehicle life cycle. Compared with the turn back coater, SDC coater directly saves a layer of oven. Under the same production capacity, the comprehensive energy consumption of SDC is saved by more than 30%, which greatly reduces the energy consumption.
Improving battery performance can "add bricks and tiles" to the quality and competitiveness of battery products. SDC coating comes from the same tank through the material source and is supplied at the same time. The drying of side a and side B is consistent. The patented die design of "anti shake + true channel simulation" makes the area density more uniform; The front 1 / 3 box of SDC oven is heated by opening patent, and the high capacity design can also discharge at high rate; The pole piece is not crimped, the surface of the pole piece is free of cracks, and the coating adhesion is better; It can achieve the dryness of pole piece below 500ppm. Above, SDC provides sufficient technical guarantee for battery performance.
SDC provides a worry-saving and labor-saving solution for cost control of manufacturing enterprises. In terms of battery project planning, enterprises can directly reduce procurement costs, production and operation costs, plant infrastructure costs, environmental control costs and labor costs through SDC. After calculation, it is rare that the comprehensive cost will decrease by 30% during the operation life cycle of plant equipment.
